Thank you all for joining us. This is going to be an out of the ordinary 40 day Sadhana. There will be different exercises each day for different aspects of you. If you love one, you can do it over and over, and if you hate one, you can still do it over and over. Or you can do each one each day. It doesn’t matter. The objective is that you see how you feel before, during and after, and then you will have these meditations in your tool box to use them when you are in a time of need.
I did a 2 years master’s degree in Accounting in one year, and the head of the school highly advised me not to do it as it was a suicide mission. I used Kundalini Meditations like this one to focus my mind and did it with amazing GPA and passed the CPA exams in the first sitting!
As I have become older and wiser, my brain cells do not function the way they used to and I rely on Kundalini Yoga to keep my mind sharp and fresh – although I do not practice accounting or balance my checkbook.
